These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RavenFind, an independent web search engine. By using RavenFind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

RavenFind ("RavenFind", "we", "us") is operated by Nexus International Ventures Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI Company No. 2184468). RavenFind is a general-purpose search portal that returns web and image results from a world-class search index (Google Programmable Search), presented under the RavenFind experience. The service is provided free of charge and does not require an account.

2. Eligibility

You may use RavenFind only if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable law and are not barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction. RavenFind is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use RavenFind only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the service, its infrastructure, or its underlying providers;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract results except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or related systems; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with RavenFind or use our name or marks without permission.

4. Search results & third parties

Search results are generated by a third-party search index and reflect content published by others across the web. RavenFind does not author, control, verify, or endorse the content of any result, and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of external websites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

5. No financial services

RavenFind is a search tool only. We do not provide, broker, arrange, or recommend any loan, credit, insurance, investment, or other financial product or service, and we do not provide financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Any financial information that may appear within third-party search results is published by those third parties, not by RavenFind.

6. Intellectual property

The RavenFind name, logo, mascot, design, and the arrangement of the site are owned by Nexus International Ventures Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission. Content shown in search results remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Third-party links

RavenFind contains and returns links to third-party websites and services. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse or assume responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

RavenFind is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, current, or suited to your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus International Ventures Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) RavenFind. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of RavenFind after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RavenFind shall be subject to the appropriate courts of the British Virgin Islands, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
